In-House Designs Exchange Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase of our in-house ready-to-wear designs, we offer exchanges for a different size or style, provided the following conditions are met: Pre-purchase arrangement You must contact us prior to purchase so we can recommend the most suitable size. Eligible orders will be marked as “exchange allowed.” Item condition Items must not be worn or used beyond trying on. (Items used for photoshoots are strictly not eligible for return or exchange.) Request timeline Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. Please contact us via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram. Return shipping The buyer is responsible for return shipping via SF Express, and the item must be sent back within the agreed timeframe. Custom-made items Items made to custom measurements are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if you encounter any issues, we will do our best to assist you. :)
