Jean Pouyat established his own porcelain factory in Limoges in 1842. But Jean Pouyat died just a few years later, hence the business passed to his sons. In 1911, the Jean Pouyat Co. merged with William Guerin and Co, which I believe that' why there is a third stamp with "W" on the bowl. After the end of World War I, William Guerin and Co and Jean Pouyatbecame part of Bawo and Dotter, the mark of "Jean Pouyat" were used until 1932, when Bawo and Dotter went out of business.
Jean Pouyat was a major exporter of Limoges porcelain wares to the United States at the time, that explains why I found it in Canada!
